Shipping & Returns
The prices quoted on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
Shipping and handling information
Shipping:
- Shipping and handling charge per Post Service : 3,- EUR
- Free Shipping and handling charge for orders over 50,- EUR.
Cash on delivery:
- For cash on delivery a COD charge of 3,63 EUR is due. This does also apply to orders over 50,00 EUR.
- For payments in advance by bank transfer there are no further costs on our part. Please ask your bank for possible costs for a transfer.
- Your order will be reserved for you as soon as your payment is booked on our account and it will be dispatched immediately, provided it is available.
Paypal:
- You will find details on how Paypal works and what it is at http://www.paypal.at
Cash on delivery:
- Ordes per COD will be dispatched immediately, provided they are available.
- The total amount including the COD charge will be paid on delivery at the deliverer.
- The costs incurred for COD deliveries are mentioned above.
